How Payroll works:

Consult & Sign Up

You will receive a free consultation and quote. The consultation may require a further analysis of your current payroll situation.

Once accepted, you will gain access to our portal. You can securely upload, communicate with us, and manage important payroll requests.

Provide Employee Info and Payroll parameters

We will employee information and documents in order to set each employee properly.

We will also work with you to put a process in place to have employees paid on a consistent schedule and on the same day of the week.

Employees are paid and you receive reports

Once payroll is processed, paid employees will receive their funds and we will process employer tax payments by the time they are due.

Payment Methods

Direct Deposit

Pay your employees with Next-Day direct deposit. Your employees can be paid instantly right into their bank account so there is no question that payment was delivered.

Check

Pay your employees via check. We can remotely issue a check that will be mailed to your employee’s address on file. You can also write a check directly to your employee. We can track the receipt if you have a record or if it clears the bak.

Cash or Third Party Tracking

We do not recommend payment in this method as it is harder to track, but if necessary or already established during the payroll year, we can track cash, third party payments made via Venmo or PayPal or other providers as long as you can provide records.

Employee Debit Cards

For employees who do not have a bank account, you can pay them through an employee debit card which allows them to access their wages and funds.
